Tired yet of creating document after document and choosing the same font, setting same color, same size and format? Hey! Hey! In Word 2007 you can create what's called a style. Yes, you are the artist and can add the the list of built-in Word styles. Once the style is created you can quickly apply that style to your text from the Home Tab, Styles group and expanding the Styles Gallery (if you've saved your style to be included in the gallery - is a thumbnail preview of your custom style. To modify your style, say to change colors or modify a built-in style i.e. Heading 1, Heading 2 and so on. One way is to right click on that style from the gallery to modify. There's more...
