Purchased training videos are viewable on any PC running Windows, or MAC running Windows Emulation.

How are taxes calculated
Tax charges apply for orders shipped to the state of Utah, currently 6.85%.

Payment Methods
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and eChecks via Paypal, and checks once bank has cleared the funds.

Return Policy
Returns on training manuals will receive a refund less 20% restocking fee if returned within 7 days of receipt by customer. Refunds do not apply to the shipping charge. No refunds on any video training purchases including any online annual or unlimited subscription purchases.

Please e-mail us should you have further questions about a return or wish to submit a return. No returns will be processed without prior authorization.

The Buyer may be subject to no less than a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, shipping charges, and any losses incurred by Seller if a package is refused without prior authorization.

Online Training Video Access
Once online training videos (downloads only) have been purchased, our automated systems will send you an email with instructions on how to access your training videos. For (DVDs) purchases please allow 24 hours, M-F excluding U.S. holidays for deliver of special viewer, access key and shipping of DVDs.

Shipping
You should receive a purchase confirmation in your email; our shipping standard is 3-6 business days. If you have not received your shipment within 6 business days after order, please call or email us back and we will retrieve a delivery confirmation number for you. Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Overnight shipping can be requested via email. All purchases within the U.S. include free shipping (please contact us for outside U.S. shipping charges prior to purchase), but additional charges will apply to HI and AK.

Orders typically will ship within 24hrs, M-F excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping to the U.S. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Web-based medical billing software sale
Payment. Full payment for the Services ordered are due upon Acceptance of Medical Billing Software's Order Form and before Services delivery will begin.

Dream Force LLC warrants that all consulting services are performed by certified personnel, and that services will be provided for the scope and time period indicated. However, Dream Force LLC does not guarantee any specific results from training or other consulting services. As with all consulting services, effectiveness depends largely upon Client's ability and willingness to utilize and implement ideas, concepts, and practices presented by Dream Force LLC consultants.
