Checking your spelling and grammar in Word 2007 can be done a couple of ways. Either from the Ribbon: click on Review Tab, go to the Proofing group and click on the Spelling and Grammar button, or hey if you're like me and you love shortcuts then press F7 on your keyboard. A fun windows pops up that will search your documents for errors and provide correct choices. If you haven't already noticed that in Word each misspelled word is underlined with a red squiggly mark, green is for grammatical errors and purple for contextual issues like using the word pear when the correct word should be pair. Also, you can right click on any misspelled word as a shortcut too! |
