There are two places to access and click on Word's Print Preview in 2007. First is clicking in on the Office Logo button in upper-left corner of Word 2007 to hover over Print, to see a short gallery of printing options including Print Preview. The other way is to add the Print Preview button to your only customizeable toolbar the Quick Access Toolbar or QAT. The purpose of the Print Preview is to see what will actually print out on a piece of paper. For example, you may be curious if you page will print all the way to the border. Some printers can't and will crop the picture from printing. The best way to tell is to go to Print Preview, because what you see there is what you get.

This can help save paper if you preview it first before you print. Additional features include: The ability to shrink your text to fit a page.
