For those of you looking for a Picture toolbar, buzz! Remember this is Word 2007 that has eliminated toolbars and has replaced them with Tabs on a Ribbon. If you don't see a Picture Tab on the Ribbon for a picture or clip art you've inserted, then it means you haven't clicked on the picture to select it and thereby activating the appearance on the Ribbon of the Picture Tools design Tab. Some of the new cool effects in Word 2007 regarding modifying a picture includes the Picture Styles gallery. Hovering over the sample styles will temporarily apply nice effects like Drop Shadow, Rounded Reflected Rectangle and more. Other features include your brightness and contrast.
