To create single, double or 1.5 spacing between lines of text in your paragraphs is quick in Word 2007. You can either use the short cut keys, but first you'll want to select all the paragraphs in you document, then press Ctrl+1 for single spacing, Ctrl+2 for double spacing or Ctrl+5 for 1.5 spacing. Or you can select your paragraphs and on the Home tab, in Paragraph group click on the Line Spacing button to your choice of spacing between your lines. You can even go to line spacing options and customize your own amount of spacing between lines. Keeping in mind that line spacing affects paragraphs, and not only single lines or text you select in a paragraph. |
