It would have been way cool if you could create a table in Word 2007 and with one click of the button convert it into a chart. But you can't. For those of you who don't care about charting your tables, then simply click on Insert Tab, in Illustrations group, click on Chart button, select a type of charge (depending upon how much data you have) and click OK. It'll do two things: insert a default chart and open up Excel 2007 spreadsheet (so be sure you have Excel), with default data tied to the inserted default chart. So replace the data in the Excel windows with your data, then close it to see the chart behind updated. To change the data at any time right click on chart to Edit Data.
