Some of the advanced features you can do with your bullets or lists in Word 2007 includes sorting them. At the basic level you can sort your list of either numbered items, or bulleted. For example, say you are going camping and you typed in your list numbering 1, 2, 3 etc. or bulleted: flashlight, pillow, matches and fruit leather. Click anywhere in you list and from the Home Tab, in the Paragraph group click the Sort button (button has the A & Z letters), click the first arrow (default is paragraph) and choose "Field 1," choose to sort descending or ascending and click OK. The advanced level includes sorting groups of words per bullet or "fields," and how to setup the fields.
