You can lay your windows or all opened programs side-by-side, or stack them horizontally so you can view all with a simple right click. Down on the Taskbar in Windows Vista you'll see a button corresponding or relating to each program you have opened. Right click on any of those buttons and you'll see a list of options to manipulate that opened program's "window" to either minimize to the Taskbar, or Maximize to full screen view. Now if you can find a blank area on your Taskbar to right click you see another shortcut menu pop-up allowing you to stack all of your open programs horizontally, or view all your opened programs side-by-side.
