How do I add my favorite internet explorer links to my Windows Vista Taskbar? When you have a bunch of favorite internet website, and have already added them to your Microsoft's Internet Explorer Favorites, then you can add the "Links" toolbar to your Windows Vista Taskbar that will pull up all your favorite links for you to go to your favorite websites in a single click. To add the Links Toolbar to your Windows Vista Taskbar first right click a blank area on the Taskbar, go to Toolbars and then left click on the Links. After its added to the Taskbar you may want to then unlock the Taskbar so you can move your Links toolbar up or down on the Taskbar.
