The Windows Vista Explore menu can be found almost anywhere you right click. For example, right click on the Windows Vista Start button and in the shortcut menu that pops up, left click on the Explore link. This will open up a window with and divide it into three section: left-top section has basic default shortcuts to your Desktop, Pictures etc., and the left-bottom section lists all the folder available on your computer. The center-middle section will display files and folders based upon whatever folder or shortcut you select from either one of the left sections. The purpose is to have ease of access to a hierarchical structure of folders in this case, in one window.
