Where's the Paint program in Windows Vista and how can I get it to edit or add to my own photos or pictures? First click on the Windows Vista Start button, click in the Instant Search field and type Paint, then find above the search field and click the Paint link. When Paint opens up you can open up your pictures and photos in this program to crop your photos, add text to your photos and much more! I could go into depth on how you can edit your photos in Paint, and Paint is one of the most basic photo editing software, but it would be a lot easier to show you.
