Windows Vista has many toolbars and one is called the Address Toolbar. The toolbar can be brought up by right clicking a blank area on the Windows Vista Taskbar, go to Toolbars and click Address Toolbar. The address toolbar is basically a white text box where you can type in key words, that will go directly to the folders needed to open up and access the content there in. Also, you can instantly access the internet by typing in a website's address. The purpose of the Address Toolbar is to quickly access either folders on you computer or again websites without having to open up your internet browser.
