What and how do I use Time functions like DAYS360 and YEARFRAC in Excel 2007? A DAYS360 function is used to calculate the days in a day using a round number like 360, basing it upon 30 days a month instead of fractionating it into 365 days. If you want it fractioned to get the exact days then use the YEARFRAC that will count the days accurately. Now in conjunction with using the DAYS360 function, again assuming every month has only 30 days in it, also you'll use a percentage to round the numbers easier. You may want to see the examples of how to use these to Time Functions in our training videos. The Time Functions are used to calculate time differences.
