What are Themes and how to I apply a Theme to a range of cells in Excel 2007? A Theme is a collage of formats on: fonts, colors and effects. These Themes will only work when using the default font styles of Excel 2007 including: Cambria and Calibri, and won't work on converted workbooks from previous versions of Excel. To apply a Theme you don't need to select a range of cells, because the Theme will apply itself to the whole worksheet: click on Page Layout Tab to Themes group and and click the Themes button to any Theme that appears nice to you. After you've applied the Theme then you'll want to modify the themes individually to the Theme isn't undone or void!
