SUM and AVERAGE Excel 2007 Functions

The SUM function is a formula that adds up, or sums up the values of all the numbers entered in Excel 2007. However, you can use the SUM function to add up a range of cells, and of course in those cells we assume you have numbers to be added. There's a lot of shortcuts to initiate the SUM function asides from going to the Ribbon, Formulas Tab and in Function Library group clicking on the AutoSum button. The training videos will show you how. Now the AVERAGE function is taking the average number of a given set of numbers, or range of cells with numbers in them in Excel. You can type this formula in by hand, or you can use Auto feature to create the formula for you!
