How do I fit all my pages I'm printing in Excel 2007 into one or two pages? Excel has what's called Print Scaling that will allow you to crunch all your pages into few pages by shrinking the size of your font. Depending upon how many pages you're trying to crunch into few pages will determine the size of the font. More pages into fewer pages will mean small font that it may not be readable. To use this feature: on the Ribbon click the Page Layout Tab, to Scale to Fit group and click the Width button to one page, and then click the Height button to one page as well. Then to see the damage or the size of your font click on the Print Preview button. This is also reversible too.
