What do I if I want to set my printing range in Excel 2007 to include only a few cell? First select your range of cells and then to set those cells as the only cells to be printed: from the Ribbon click on the Page Layout Tab, to the Page Setup group and click the Print Area button, to Set Print Area. You'll then see your range outlined by dashes indicating that range is the only range which will print. To clear this then follow the same steps as above and this time in the Page Setup group click on the Print Area button, to Clear Print Area. You can also simply select your range without setting a print area and when your Print window opens chose the Selection option.
