How to I set my page breaks in Excel 2007 so when I'm printing it's not splitting the pages? Keep in mind that when you extend you page breaks out to include more text to be printed on the same page, Excel will shrink the font of that text to get it to fit according to your breaking. To control the breaking of your pages: on the Ribbon click on the View Tab, to Workbook Views group and click on the View and click on the Page Break Preview button. The view changes where you'll see some horizontal or vertical blue dashes. These dashes are your Page Breaks, and by clicking and dragging these dashes you can move your breaks around to include more or less of a page and its data!
