Moving, copying or cutting data in Excel 2007 can go a lot quicker if you know the shortcuts. The first way to copy, cut or paste your data is by going to the Clipboard group on the Home Tab. Now for the cool shortcuts! You can right click your selection and in the pop up shortcut menu you can left click on the cut, copy or paste options. You can also use the shortcut keys Ctrl+X to cut, Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste. However, if you just want to move your data around within the spreadsheet, all you have to do is hover over the border of the cell or the "selected range" of cells. You'll see a four way arrow, you'll then click and drag your data or "move" it to another cell.
