When it comes to modifying your Tables in Excel 2007 there a lot of cool things you can do including removing duplicate records! For example, if you have hundreds of records in your converted data into a table, you can delete all the duplicates and thereby saving time having to manually look through hundreds of thousands of records. Additionally, you can do calculations within the table including a Total Row. This Total Row can be modified to also perform other instant calculations like COUNT, to count up the number of data within a given field range. There are even more instant functions that can help increase your productivity converting data to a table.
