Setting up your margins in Excel 2007 correctly can help open up more printable space for your worksheet. To edit or change your margins in Excel click on the Page Layout Tab, go to the Page Setup group and click its dialogue box launch button - the little arrow in the lower-right corner of the Page Setup group. This will open up the window with many tabs, click on the Margins Tab and there you can decide and set your margins for the top, bottom, left and right of your printable spreadsheet. You can also click the Print Preview button and check up on the Ribbon the "Show Margins" box to bring up your horizontal and vertical margin lines - you can drag these lines for margin setting too.
