What is a nested IFERROR function and what is it used for in Excel 2007? The IFERROR function is used to eliminate or hide Excel's default error expressions like the divide by zero error or #DIV/0! But instead of showing that expression for lack of data you can nest inside the IFERROR function that gave you the divided by zero error and have it return something else like the text "Not Applicable," or whatever you would like to see than the typical default error by Excel. Makes you look professional also when you give presentations and can show you know what data should be displayed instead of the defaults displayed by Excel. See it in action for yourself!
