How do I customize my Excel 2007 Excel 2007 workbook to change the color scheme, show or hide the mini toolbar, hide the Ribbon and more? Basically, to change the environment of the workbook: click the Office Logo button to Excel Options, and select the Popular category, then over to the right change a few of the default options. Like change the color scheme of Excel from the default color blue to silver or black; however, this change not only affects Excel 2007, but any an all Office 2007 programs you have installed on your computer. So if you choose silver then all programs i.e. PowerPoint 2007, Word 2007 etc. will have a new silver color!
