Converting your Excel 2007 workbook to an earlier version of Excel is a simple step in and of itself. Open your Excel 2007 workbook and click on the Office Logo button to "Save As" and click the File Type arrow to Excel 97-2003 and click Save. You'll most likely be prompted when you save that there maybe some things in your workbook of Excel 2007 that won't be converted over to the older version of Excel, or it will be converted but as an image. Go ahead and click Continue to bypass this window. Before converting you may want to run the Compatibility Checker to "dumb" down all the fancy styles so you know first hand what may not be converted to any earlier versions.
