What is an Unmatched Query and how do I create one in Access 2007? An Unmatched Query is a query created to find if there are fields that aren't matched in another table (or query). You may want to find unmatched fields if say you're planning on combining tables. For example, you have two tables with a field in each table called "Client Names." So you can use the Unmatched Query to find names that are not matched or duplicates, and those are the names that are different between the two tables; where one table has those names but weren't found in the other table.
