How do I omit or get rid of duplicate records from displaying in my Access 2007 Query? Say you have a query pulling in the Customer Names and their purchased products. Some times a customer will purchase the same product twice, as they run out. Can you imagine looking at a Query Datasheet where the Customer's name and products purchased are thus showing up several times, once for each different date of transaction? Well, if you only want to see the Customer's Name and product once, and not every instance they purchased the same product then use the Unique option in the Query to get hide the same, or duplicate record! |
