What is Table Structuring and how do I do it in Access 2007? Basically, table structuring is copying the structure of your table into the same database or another database. You can do it one of two ways: either export the table, or copy and pasting the table. Some reasons for doing this include taking over a previously, poorly designed database and you want to restructure the fields to be added to the right tables before importing the data, or another reason might be to reset the AutoNumber field when there are gaps in the sequence due to deletions. The process is more step intensive than it actually is difficult to do. See how to structure a table with our training videos!
