How do I sort my Table's Records in Access 2007? Open up your Table and click anywhere in one of the fields you'd like to sort your records by like for example the customer's Last Name field, and from the Home Tab go to the Sort and Filter group and click the Sort Ascending (sorting from A to Z) or the Descending (sorting Z to A) button. When you sort that field it will keep all it's related fields in that record together. You can also use the shortcut to sort your records by simply right clicking on the field you want to sort all of your records by. Once sorted you can clear the sort by going to the Sort and Filter group and click Clear All Sorts button!
