Once I import data into Access 2007, how do I save those steps so next time when I want to import the same data file in Access it's a simple click? For example, let's say you have some data in a Excel 2007 workbook. Once you follow the steps to import that data, and later on the data in that Excel 2007 workbook gets updated, then you'll want Save all those steps you made to import your Excel data. Once you've saved the data, which you can see how to import your data in our Access 2007 training videos, you can then quickly re-import the saved data by going to the Ribbon and click on the External Data Tab, go to the Import group and click the Save Imports button! |
