How do I save the steps it takes to export data from Access 2007 into say a Word file? For example, say you want to export your Table in Access to a Word document or an .rtf file. First you'll follow all the steps necessary to export your data, and then at the end of your export Access will ask you if you'd like to save all those steps, and you can do this by clicking on the Save Exports button. Once you've save these steps, you'll then be able to quickly export the data into an .rtf file again from you Save Exports menu. You can later remove your saved export as well when you're finished with it. You can see this in action with our certified training videos!
