How do I create Reports in Access 2007? Simply put you can go to the Create Tab on the Ribbon and view some ways of creating your reports. Once your reports are created you can view them in the Navigation Pane. If you can't see your reports here then you may have to change your views. To change your views to be able to see either the Reports, or all Objects in the Navigation Pane, then click the Navigation Pane's arrow to Reports, or to All Objects. Some of the views of reports include Design and Print Preview. We'll show you how to design a report and once created, you can then change the view to Print Preview and print your report out.
