What is a Query Wizard in Access 2007? The Query Wizard is used to create a Select Query. A Select Query is a Query that has no specific function but to display the results of one more more tables the Query is based upon. As opposed to other Queries that are action specific like the Update or Append Queries. In addition the Select Query can be used to update data as you would in any Table, and know the updates you make in the Datasheet view of an Select Query will update the data in the Tables that the Select Query is based upon. As with any Microsoft Wizard, the Query Wizard with ask you a few questions and based upon your answers generate a Query for you!
