How do I import Excel 2007 data into Access 2007? On the Ribbon click on the External tab, go to the Import group and click on the Excel button. Once the screen pops open then browse to and find your Excel 2007 workbook you want to import the data from. Once selected you have a few options on the screen in front of you to consider. Select the appropriate option and basically follow the rest of the wizard. When finished you'll have the option to save the import, meaning you wouldn't have to go through all the steps again, but have the steps saved. Once imported it will go into a table. Then later you can go back to your "Save Imports" to re-import later! |
