What is the Forms Wizard and how does it work in Access 2007? Microsoft uses Wizards, and Wizards are a question and answer program, where step-by-step it'll ask you certain questions and based upon your answers it'll create a form for you. To create a Form using the Form's Wizard: on the Ribbon click on the Create Tab, go to the Forms group and click on the More Forms arrow to the Forms Wizard. Yes, it's hiding under the More button in the Forms group. Once clicked on it'll ask where you want to pull the data from i.e. a Table or a Query that can be based upon on or more tables. The Wizard will then ask you for the type of layout view and style!
