What is a Form and how do I create one in Access 2007? A form is an organized way for a front end user to enter data into a Table. For example, as you might already know Tables are holding blocks for all of your database's data. You can enter your data in a Tabular format in a Table, or through a Form that you link to a Table. That way you can organize and control the data fields by moving them around in any order in a Form, where again a Table is structured and un-customizable like a Form. To create a Form you can go to the Create Tab, to the Forms group and click on the Form button; however, you'll want to be sure to have a Table selected first to base this form upon.
