How do I export an Access 2007 Query's data to a CSV file? A CSV file is a file that separates the data by commas - Comma Separated Values. You don't want your first name, last name, address data blending into one field, but separate so you know what field contains specifically what data. Our Access 2007 training videos will show you how to export your Query's data into a CSV file. We'll even show you how to mark those fields so they are separated correctly, that is if you don't want to export the data as a comma separated value file. You can export it as a semicolon separated file, or even a space and basically any other character you can think of!
