What are some of the advanced ways I can design a Report in Access 2007? One way is the ability to hide duplicate records in groups. So if you have Books you sell and each client purchases the same books, but at different times through say a month; you can hide the duplicate listings of the same client for the same book and keep it to one client. Of course you can set it to still give you the overall totals for the same book purchases. In our Certified training videos we'll even show you the new view called the Layout View.
