Print Word 2007 Documents

Printing in Word 2007 can be tricky when you can find the Print button, or buttons. In previous version of Word you could look up on the toolbar and see a print button to click on, but not so in Word 2007. Sure you can use the shortcut key Ctrl+P, but if you're looking for a print button you can either do one of two things. First you can click on the Microsoft Office Logo button, which replaced the "File" menu in previous version of Word, or you can add a tiny print button to the new and only customizable toolbar in Word 2007 called the Quick Access Toolbar or QAT. You can even chose from one of two print buttons to add to your QAT. You can have the normal print

button that when clicked opens up a screen for you to select how many pages you want to print, or you can add the Quick Print. The Quick Print button lives up to its name and prints immediately when clicked upon, so you better make sure you're happy with your print settings like in portrait or landscape - though you can set this on the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group and click on Orientation button. But wait there's more! Watching our training videos on Word 2007 using the print feature will also show you how you can print only what you've selected on the document.
