Move And Copy Text In Word 2007

Moving and copying text in Word 2007 is basically the same as in previous versions of Word; however, it's finding the copy, cut and paste buttons to move or copy your text around in the same document or to another. It's not big secret where those buttons are, on the Home tab in the Clipboard group. Copying text is done by selecting the text with your mouse and clicking the copy button, or you can use these shortcuts to copying: Ctrl+C or when in doubt right click the selected text to Copy. Once copied you can then click in another document or in the same document and click the Paste button. The shortcuts to pasting you copy are: Ctrl+V or when in doubt right click an

available place in the document to Paste. Now moving text can be done one of two ways... The first way, after you select your text, is to click on the Cut button which cuts the text from your document and waiting for you to paste it in another part of your document. The second was I'll leave to the training video where you can learn how to use the mouse to move your text without using the Ribbon, toolbar or right clicking. It's cool and if you already know this then don't spoil it for the rest of those who'd like to watch the movie! See copy and moving text in action!
