Move Taskbar

Oh my gosh! I move my Windows Vista Taskbar and it's now on top of my screen! Yes, it's true you can move your Taskbar, by default it's set at the bottom of your screen on all new computers, or when you install or upgrade to Windows Vista. Unless your computer is haunted the Taskbar didn't move by itself and had a little help from you. To move the Taskbar you first have to unlock it. To unlock your Taskbar simply right click in a blank area on the Taskbar and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar." Then with cat like swiftness and lizard like dexterity you can click and drag your Taskbar to the left, right or top of your screen. Note that doesn't ghost over, but snaps to position!
