Customize Windows Vista Start Menu

Your Windows Vista Start Menu is basically nothing more than a bunch of shortcuts to other programs or files stored throughout your computer. If you have a favorite program, or a recently created file you can create a shortcut and add it to your Start Menu. Where in the Start Menu? When you click on Windows Vista Start button you'll first see a shortcut menu divided in to two sections: left and right. The left section is divided a top and bottom section. The top section are for shortcuts that you want to always appear when needed, versus the bottom section where it contains the most recent programs. First, it's helpful if you understand how to create and edit shortcuts.
