How do you merge a two or more, or a range of cells together in Excel 2007? Even so how do you unmerge cells too? First to merge a range of cells select the range of cells and then either: click on the Home Tab, to Alignment group and click on the merge and center button, or its arrow for more merge options to merge the range. Or you can right click the selection Format Cells, click on the Alignment tab and check Merge Cells box and click Ok. Once merged you'll follow the same steps to "unmerge" the range of cells. Once merged you can also use the alignment options to right, center or left align on the Home Tab, in the Paragraph group.
