How do I prepare my Reports in Access 2007 for printing? There are a few things you'll want to consider before you print your Reports, as a way to make them look nicer and fit appropriately on the page. For example, if you get blank pages from your Print Preview screen, you'll want to eliminate those pages so they don't print. You can either change the page orientation from Portrait to the wider Landscape view or adjust the Margins. You can get there by going to the Ribbon, then click the Page Preview Tab, to the Page Layout group and click the Page Setup button. Here you can make your adjustments.
