Database Objects

What are the Database Objects in Access 2007? The Database Objects are the most commonly used programs in Access: Tables, Queries, Forms and Reports. Tables being the foundation of the database, because without a table or tables you can't store your data. Tables that are stored with data can then be extrapolated by Queries, added to with Forms and analyzed by Reports. You can even base reports upon queries that contain a particular range of data to develop and print out a particular report. Additional objects include Macros and Modules. Macros can help condense your work with shortcuts and those are covered as well in our Access 2007 training videos!
